Let's raise a glass to friendship,
As the memories unfold,
To hewing logs in summer sun,
Thawing pipes in winters cold.
To Enduring failing businesses,
And economic slump,
To getting married in secret,
Shooting rifles at the dump.
To planning gala parties,
Fine food, fine wine and rum,
To the lives we have affected,
And the women we've become.
Let's drink a toast to you and me
Laugh and shed some tears,
Sing an off-key tune or two,
And thank God for the years.
